On December 13th, the review meeting of the Zhangjinggao Bridge roller project was successfully held at Huaye Co., LTD. The Zhangjingao Yangtze River Bridge is the world's largest-span suspension bridge under construction. The South channel bridge is 2,300 meters long, marking a breakthrough in China's bridge span from 1,000 meters to 2,000 meters. It is an important transportation hub project between the north and south of the Yangtze River. The roller that both sides are tackling this time is a key component of the main cable saddle of the bridge, responsible for ensuring the self-balance of the main cable force. It directly affects the structural stability and operational safety of the bridge and has significant strategic importance. As the first cooperative project between the two sides, the entire process strictly adhered to industry standards, efficiently collaborated to overcome technical difficulties, and all products passed the joint inspection of multiple parties at one go, receiving unanimous recognition.
This project is another major national engineering construction project that the company has participated in. It is of great significance, time-pressured, demanding in terms of tasks, and has extremely high requirements for product quality. After receiving the task, the company immediately initiated an integrated project collaboration mechanism with Yichong Materials, achieving in-depth collaboration including project information sharing, full-process data chain tracking, production schedule linkage, and joint guarantee of task goals. Both parties will leverage their respective fields and professional strengths, innovate management models, optimize production processes, strictly control inspection standards, and fully prioritize ensuring the raw material production capacity of this project. They will jointly overcome technical challenges such as the extremely narrow hardness range of 60-62HSD in product heat treatment and high-precision machining, achieving efficient connection from raw materials - production and manufacturing - inspection - finished product shipment. Ensure the overall delivery cycle and quality. The technical, production, quality, business and other departments of both sides conducted project reviews and experience summaries, discussed more scientific, reasonable, executable and replicable standardized cooperation mechanisms and models, and formed a value aggregation effect of 1+1 > 2.
